A chance encounter with one’s favourite actor is nothing less than a dream come true. Manish Paul recently fulfilled one of his fan’s wish to meet him.
The celebrated television host who was honoured at the India Day Parade in New York recently was approached by an ardent fan for dinner at his house.
Interestingly, the fan’s family members are huge fans of Manish and invited him to their house for dinner.
A source says, “At first, people close to Manish thought it to be a random call that they keep receiving for Manish but then they decided to call the fan to the hotel to meet Manish. Later, they came to know that the fan is a sardaar named Pappuji who is the owner of a big shoe store chain in New York by the name of GB’s.”
“He escorted Manish to his home as his entire family was waiting to meet the actor. They were totally bowled over by Manish’s simplicity and charm, besides being a star. Manish happily clicked selfies with everyone and made it a memorable affair for them,” adds the source.
Manish says, “Sometimes, it’s just the way someone meets you that does the trick. Their house was a mansion. I was surprised that his entire joint family loved my work. It felt nice to connect with my fans across the world.”
