Tusshar Kapoor introduced Sunny Leone to Milap Zaveri for Mastizaade
Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd’s (PNC) much-awaited adult comedy, Mastizaade, produced by Rangita Nandy and directed by Milap Zaveri is a raunchy comedy of errors revolving around the hilarious and playful characters played by Sunny Leone, Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das.
Not many are aware that it was Tusshar Kapoor who introduced Sunny Leone to her Mastizaade director, Milap Zaveri. Tusshar says, “I got Sunny introduced to Milap while I was shooting the song Laila Teri Le Legi with her on the sets of Shootout At Wadala. When he told me a year later, at my house, that he had signed Sunny for his next, we sat and brainstormed on her names as Sunny plays twins (Lily and Laila).”
“Laila was a no-brainer when it came to finalising one of the names of her character, keeping the success and the name from our previous film intact,” he adds.
