Sui Dhaaga‘s new poster celebrates Independence through self-reliance!
Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sui Dhaaga - Made in India is an entertaining, heart-warming story that celebrates the spirit of independence by being self-reliant. The film’s plot is inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy and takes a leaf out of the hugely acclaimed Make In India campaign. While Varun plays the role of a tailor, Anushka plays an embroiderer in the film. Homegrown craftsmen and small scale entrepreneurs who are chasing a dream for better life, wanting to take pride in their creations; the film highlighted the power of being independent by releasing a poster that champions this spirit.
Varun released the poster thanking audiences for the reaction to the trailer. He says, “Thank you so much for the love and amazing response to our trailer. Here’s our colourful poster that celebrates the spirit of self-reliance.”
Anushka also thanked audiences for showering love on Sui Dhaaga trailer that has certainly become the most loved trailer of this year. “An explosion of colors for the explosion of love you've given #SuiDhaagaMadeInIndiaTrailer! Here's a special gift for you guys!”
Both champion actors, Varun and Anushka have been paired for the first time and are definitely the most-awaited on-screen jodis of 2018. The National Award-winning, dream-team of director Sharat Katariya and producer Maneesh Sharma seems to have taken the bar of perfectionism several notches higher with the looks they have crafted for their leading actors.
Yash Raj Films’ entertainer Sui Dhaaga - Made in India is set to release on September 28 this year, just before Gandhi Jayanti.
