Neeraj Pandey initiates defamation case against few media publications

Neeraj Pandey, the director of Baby, who recently faced the name confusion and was mistaken for a 26 year old, Kandivali resident sharing the same name, has sent legal notices to few media publications who have not corrected the news even after the situation was cleared.

Neeraj Pandey was irritated with the nuisance and the fact that the media did not contact him to confirm the news. However, his team contacted the media houses and shared the right piece of information to clear Neeraj Pandey’s (the director) name from the case.

But even after sending various mails and making several calls to few media publications for changing the news, the news remains unchanged which has made the director take a legal action against those media houses with a straight case of defamation.
