Masaba Gupta designing select T-Shirts exclusively for the Global Citizen Festival 2016 !


Achieving milestones on par veteran designers, Masaba Gupta, probably the youngest, most commercially successful designer, with her eccentric, vivacious and unique designs has made a mark for herself in the fashion world.
 
In 7 years, the young creative maverick has bagged numerous accolades and achievements including being one of the 30 most successful achievers under the age group of 30, as well as featured by Vogue Italia as one of India’s most promising talents among others.
 
The designer who made it to some of the country’s most prestigious lists including Forbes India‘s 30 under 30, Young Women Achievers, Hindustan Times Most Stylish Designer 2014, Femina Influential Women 2016, Cosmopolitan Most Successful Women and 2016’s 70 Young Women Achievers among others, stood out with her ability to marry traditional Indian sensibilities and aesthetic, twisted and presented with a modern context.
 
Given the demographics that she has reach and influence on, Masaba Gupta , fast became the go-to designer for brands who are looking to spruce things up- Adding another feather to her hat, Masaba has now been roped in to exclusively design select T-shirts for the upcoming Global Citizen Festival 2016, which will be held in Mumbai on the 19th November .
 
While the official tshirt for the show is yet to be revealed by the designer, the print will have a strong Indian connect with ample use of the tri-color. Masaba known for her quirky sense of fashion has also played with the “O” of Global Citizen – The Tshirts designed by Masaba will be sported by select Global Citizens at the festival, an event that will also be telecast internationally.
