It’s learnt that Karan has been following the new workout plan customised by him after browsing several videos on the internet. The actor has opted for a new workout regime called Sledgehammer training which involves working out with heavy hammers and tractor tires as the part of his training. Karan says, " I have been working out for a long time now so it’s not difficult to adapt to new exercise regime but it’s not easy either. The difficulty level of anything you learn really depends on how determined you are and how strong your will power is".
