Actor and Deadpool Superhero Ryan Reynolds has become good friends with his "Life" co star Jake Gyllenhaal, so much so that he publicly has proclaimed Jake to be an even better cook than his own wife!
Reynolds and Gyllenhaal got to be good friends after working together on the new movie “Life,” a sci-fi thriller about scientists trapped in space with a vicious alien.
The actor has often spoken about his deep friendship with Jake after making the film 'Life'. “We’re hanging out all the time,” Reynolds said. “We live near each other. It’s cool. I live out in the ‘burbs.”Ryan refers to Jake as “the most interesting actor working in Hollywood today.”“He’s definitely one of my favorites,” Reynolds said, “and at the same time he’s one of the kindest guys I’ve ever met.”

While promoting the film Ryan Reynolds said “Blake, my wife, is very good at cooking, and Jake might be just a little bit better. He can throw down. It gets very competitive between the two.! ”Feeling that his wife might be a tad bit annoyed with the comment, Reynolds joked, “I’m moving out at the end of the month. I’m actually moving out right now, under this desk. I’m already making plans.”
