Manoj Bajpayee is the new addition to Baby spin-off Naam Shabana

Manoj Bajpayee is the new addition to India's first spin-off, 'Naam Shabana,' where he plays the role of a handler. He is a senior RAW intelligence officer who supervises and handles "Shabana's" intense training sessions.

His character is closely modeled around that of a Mossad's handler, which is the national intelligence agency of Israel. He has a keen eye for recruiting common people off the streets by following and tracking their whereabouts for a month and analyses if they have the potential  to get hired for specific jobs.

Manoj Bajpayee is seen being responsible in recruiting "Shabana" and for her training in intense action sequences. This is perhaps the first time when the job of a handler will be explored in a film and not many are aware about the signifiant role that they play.

Manoj Bajpayee has earlier worked with Neeraj Pandey in 'Special 26' and shares a good camaraderie with him.

'Naam Shabana,' is based on Taapsee Pannu's character in 'Baby' and the trailer grips us with its thrilling content, bringing to celluloid the circumstances and incidents that led to the making of Shabana Khan.

There is a special surprise in store for the audience! Sources say every significant character of 'Baby' will be back with powerful cameos in 'Naam Shabana,' including Akshay Kumar.

Gulshan Kumar and Cape of Good Films presents, A Plan C Studios production Neeraj Pandey's Naam Shabana directed by Shivam Nair is all set to release on 31st March 2017.
