The wait is finally over, India’s first transgender band, 6 Pack band today unveiled their music video “Aye Raju DJ Ka Music Flop hua, Apun ka Taali Hit Ho Gaya”. India’s Superhero Hrithik Roshan is seen performing on the beats of the song along with the band. Hrithik Roshan’s lifestyle and fitness brand – HRX has also associated with this initiative.
The Six Pack Band marks a new approach and most collaborative effort seen in recent ties. Previously the band released 'Hum Hai Happy', which is band's first song and was a cover version of Pharell William’s song, 'Happy'. The band had been launched and supported by the noted singer Sonu Nigam.
And now with the new song, they are back to spread the message of love and equality along with Hrithik Roshan. The Super hero always wanted to do something that would elevate the isolated community and find its acceptance in our world, his brand HRX also endorses self- belief and finding happiness in being the best version of oneself which is embodied in the video by Six Pack Band.
On the release, Hrithik exclaimed, “This is a never seen before initiative in our country and I’m so proud that India’s first transgender band ‘Six Pack’ and my brand ‘HRX’ have collaborated to present a social cause in a way which will connect with the youth. Together, let’s celebrate this new endeavor of empowerment.”
Chandni Suvarnakar, a 6 Pack Band member says, “Not even in our wildest dreams had we thought that one day we would not only be dancing with a star like Hrithik, but would also be teaching him dance moves. Yeh dekhkar sachmein aisa lagta hai ki yeh duniya humein bhi apna sakti hai and that people will be dancing to our songs too.”
