Director Vipul Jha short movie on Tripal Talaq

The cinema is a great place to unwind and take a break from real life, but sometimes a great movie is actually based on a true story. A great movie doesn’t always need high action scenes and over the top comedy. Sometimes, telling the truth is more interesting and fans love a good movie based on real issue. Tripal Talaq has been in the news since April, Shayara Bano grabbed headlines when she went to the Supreme Court seeking a ban on triple talaq (instantaneous unilateral divorce) given by her husband through a letter. The 35-year-old from Uttarakhand also challenged the practice of polygamy and nikah halala (where a woman given triple talaq has to marry another man and consummate the marriage if she wants to get back with her divorced husband). Many voices have come out in support of her to ban on triple Talaq. This is such a real issue which attracts our filmmakers to make such a good and informative movie. Filmmaker Vipul Jha who is busy in a shooting of his upcoming short movie ‘Talaq’ based on real issue Tripal Talaq. He said, “This is very sensitive topic and we are thinking for this film last 1 year but this is right time to shoot this film and we already started shooting of film and very soon we will come with final copy”.

The film Talaq is produced by Lucky Mishra under the banner of Orchid Creation. 

Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi starrer Irada to release on 10th February

Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi are all set to re-unite on the big screen. The talented duo will be see together in debutant director Aparnaa Singh’s venture Irada and is slated to release on 10^th February 2017.

The plot of the film is based on a social environmental issue.The film also stars Divya Dutta, Sagrika Ghatge and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles.The movie is presented by Irada Entertainment LLP  and produced by Falguni Patel and Prince Soni. 

Payal Rohatgi speaks up against unfair practices of Jet Airways

While most of us have a gala time on New Year’s Eve, not everyone is that lucky. Many actors are performing at coveted events on this night of celebration. This is the reason that actress Payal Rohatgi started her New Year vacation much later.  But little did she know that her already delayed holiday will hit another bump because of the ineptness of the Airlines.

While most celebrities have a need to avoid any kind of controversy, Payal is not the one to stay silent. She immediately took to Facebook and spoke her mind.  Despite the fact Payal reached the airport on time for her business class tickets, the crew got into a major argument with her and they were not allowed to board their flights.

Payal felt the need to go online and express her anguish as she felt that, if people who have celebrity status are treated like this, it is unimaginable what regular people would go through.  Payal adds, ‘Who has time to file a case but ya people should know shit happens every day to everyone and today it happened to us with this Nadeem angle.’

Kriti Sanon who has made her Bollywood debut not so long back, has been acknowledged for her acting skills.

We hear that Kriti Sanon is very fond of layered characters, roles that are challenging and complex to play on-screen. Kriti shares "I had never thought of becoming an actor while growing up and hence my only experience has been the films that i have shot so far. I am learning on the job, discovering myself as well as my "process". I find myself getting attracted to quirky and slightly off beat characters as opposed to a simple girl next door. I have started loving the process of building a character, especially when it has layers and flaws in it which make it real and relatable. Dangal's overseas box-office collection is at USD 24.43 million (INR 167.38 cr approx) in just 2 weeks! Some screens and territories yet to report.

The cumulative GBO in North America is USD 10.31 Million with Thursday collections at USD 76 K (some screens are yet to report). Gulf is now with reported GBO at AED 25.34 million / USD 6.88 million. Reported Thursday collection is at AED 639 K / USD 173 K with some screens yet to report.

In U.K. the reported collection is GBP 2.11 million / USD 3.38 million with Thursday collection at GBP 26 K / USD 43 K and some screens yet to report.In Australia the cumulative GBO is  AUD 2.30 million / USD 1.65 million. This is the highest for any Hindi film ever in Australia. Thursday collection is AUD 34 K / USD 24 K.

Rangoon trailer is a complete package of Love War and Deceit
