Interestingly, within a short time, the riveting short film has crossed 1 million views on the social networking sites making it the first ever.

Budhia Singh – Born To Run's trailer is released

LOVE LIFE & SCREW UPS'S FIRST LOOK POSTER LAUNCHES IN NEW YORK

The most awaited Indian web series, Love Life & Screw Ups!!! first look poster was launched with much fanfare in New York at My True Colors Festival. It marks the digital debut of all time diva Zeenat Aman. She will be again seen in a super glamorous avatar. She plays Joanna, a non-apologetic vain, happy go lucky owner of a café, who is full of life, fun and positivity. This cool and trendy series is a story of bunch of friends and their screwed up love life. Zeenat is part of this chilled out crazy gang.

Writer and director Kapil Kaustubh Sharma is tapping her crazy comical side again, which we saw in movies like Manaronjan, Heera Panna and Yaadon Ki Baraat. He had to wait for two months before he got to meet the veteran actress. He admits that she was unsure about going digital but was hooked when she heard the concept, even remarking that “this could have been a movie!” Zeenat has taken an active interest in her styling. Her look is inspired from the ‘70s; she’ll be seen in long skirts, scarves and large goggles. Zeenat has worked hard to look her best in the series. For three months she been on a strict diet and rigorously working out to get in right shape for the super glam Joanna.

यापुर्वीच सशक्त भुमिका स्विकारायला पाहिजे होत्यात – शाहीद कपुर

पंकज कपुर यांचा मुलगा म्हणुन चित्रपटसृष्टीत ओळखला जाणारया शाहीद कपुरने अभिनेता म्हणुन आपली खास ओळख तयार केली केली आहे. हैदर आणि आता उडता पंजाबमधिल त्याच्या अभिनयावर अऩेकांनी सशक्त अभिनेता म्हणुन शिक्कामोर्तब केलय. प्रदर्शनाच्या पहिल्याच दिवशी चित्रपटाने दहा करोडचा व्यावसाय केला.  याच चित्रपटातील त्याच्या भुमिकेची तयारी आणि अभिनय यावर केलेली बातचित,  

टॉमी सिंग रंगवायचा ठरवल्यावर तुला कोणत्याप्रकारच्या तयारीला लागालास ?

माझ्या चित्रीकरणपुर्व दिग्दर्शक अभिषेक चौबे यांनी करीना आणि दलजीत यांच्याबरोबर चित्रीकरण सुरु केले होते. त्यामुऴे मला माझ्या लुकवर काम करायला ऐक महिन्याचा वेळ मिळाला. त्या दरम्यान मी केसं वाढवायला सुरवात केली. काही टाटुज् काढुन घेतलेत. ते फोटो दिग्दर्शकाला पाठवलेत पण त्यानं त्या लुकला होकार दयायला खुप वेळ घेतला. जेव्हा मी पटकथा ऐकली तेव्हा मला टॉमी हा खुप वास्तववादी वाटला. आणि प्रेक्षक मला जेव्हा पाहतील तेव्हा ते शॉक होतील असं मला वाटलं होतं. सोबतच त्यांना टॉमी हा वास्तवदर्शी वाटेल असे मला वाटले. तुम्ही जेव्हा टॉमीसारखा माणुस रस्त्यावर पहाल, तेव्हा तुम्हाला त्याची नोंद घेण भाग पडेल. असा लुक हवा होता. मग त्यासाठी आम्ही माझ्या केसाचे रंग बदलले, काही टॅटुचां सहारा घेतला. मी तिन तास व्यायाम करीत होतो पण फारसं काही खात नव्हतो. माझा डायट हा ब्राऊन राईस, वरण, दही आणि ग्रीन सलाड असा होता. असं मी तिन महिने केलं. तसं करण्यामागे कारण म्हणजे, माझ्या हातात फार कमी वेळ होता आणि मला ते लुक जमवायचे होते. आणि मी उडता पंजाबच्या चित्रीकरणाला तयार झालो. त्यापुर्वी  मी काही माहितीपट पाहिलेत त्याचा मला फायदा झाला. तर जे लोकं नशेच्या धुदींत असतात, आपण त्यांना आजुबाजुला पाहिले असते. अनेक पार्टीत आपण पहिलं असेल, तेथे काय वातावरण असते ते. या सगळ्याचा वापर करुन मी माझी भुमिका ठरवली.

हैदरमधिल तुझी भुमिका शरीर आणि मनाने दमवणारी होती. म्हणुनच तु शानदार सारखा हलकाफुलका सिनेमा केलास ?

होय तसं म्हणता येईल कारण शऱीर आणि मन दोन्ही दमल्यावर मला अगदी सामान्य वाटुन घेण्याची नितांत गरज होती. चित्रीकरण करतानाच मी आजारी पडलो होतो. मग तो आजार होता की अशक्तपणा ते समजले नाही. उडता पंजाबचे बोलाल तर पॉप स्टारला लार्जन देन लाइफ इमेज असते. ड्रग घेणारी लोकं काही वेगळीच दिसतात ते दाखवण्यासाठी मला माझी मानसिक तयारी करावी लागणार होती. तर शरीरासाठी मी जेवत नव्हतो आणि खुप व्यायाम करत होतो. जेणेकरुन मला टॉमीप्रमाणे दिसता येईल. फार दमलो होतो मी, पण माझी भुमिका निभावताना मला तितकाच आनंद होत होता. आता येणारया रंगुनमध्ये पण तुम्ही मला वेगळ्याच भुमिकेत पहाल.

मागे देखिल तु जब वी मेट आणि कमीने अश्या दोन वेगळ्या धाटणीच्या चित्रपटांचे चित्रपट लागोलाग केले होतेस ?

जब बी मेटचे कथानक मला आवडले होते. आणि म्हणुन मी इम्तयाज अली सारख्या नवख्या दिग्दर्शकाबरोबर काम करायचे ठरवले. महत्वाची गोष्ट म्हणजे, जब वी मेटसारखं सुंदर कथानक मला हातुन सोडायचे नव्हते, ते मी पक्क ठरवलं होते. तर दुसरीकडे विशाल भारद्वाज यांनी चार्ली आणि गु्डडुसारख्या पात्रांसाठी मला विचारणा केली ती माझ्यासाठी खुप मोठी गोष्ट होती. कारण तोपर्यंत मी तश्या भुमिका करु शकतो हे मला देखिल ठावुक नव्हते. आणि मी तसे चित्रपट पुर्वी का नाही स्विकारलेत याची खंत वाटु लागली.

अपयशाला तु कश्याप्रकारे घेतोस ?

मागिल तिन चार वर्ष मी स्वताला सुरकक्षित समजु लागलो आहे. तसेच आता मी कोणतंही आव्हानं झेलु शकतो असं मला वाटतय. हि भावना मला दहा वर्षाच्या अऩुभवाने आली असेल किंवा मी यश आणि अपयश दोन्ही एकत्रीत पाहिलं असेल म्हणुन आली असेल. तुम्ही जेव्हा यश आणि अपयश पाहता तेव्हा तुम्ही कोणत्याही परिस्थीतीमध्ये घाबरत नाहीत हे मी सांगु शकतो. 

उडता पंजाबच्या पत्रकार परिषदेमध्ये तु वडील होणार हि बातमी जाहीर करुन अनेकांना चकीत केलेस ?

त्याबद्दल अनेक बातम्या येत होत्यात, त्यामुळे माझे जाहीर करणे योग्य ठरले हा विचार मी केला. वडील होणार म्हणुन मी खुप आनंदी मिळवण्याचा आहे. नेटवर बसुन मी अऩेक ऍप्लीकेशन्स डाउनलोड करत आहे ज्याद्वारे मी अनेक प्रकारची माहीती मिऴवण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे.

वडीलांबरोबर काम केल्यावर तु आईबरोबर काम करणार होतास अशी बातमी होती ?

सध्यातरी त्या दिशने काही घडत नाही आहे.

स्ट्रारपुत्र ते सशक्त कलाकार अशी ओळख तुला उडता पंजाबने मिळवुन दिली आहे. काय सांगशिल त्याबद्दल?

त्याचे श्रेय नशिब आणि मेहनत यांना मी देईन.

रंगुन नंतर काय करत आहेस ?

रंगुन नंतर मी बेकार आहे. पाहुया काय घडतं ते.
