कर्ज नहीं चुकाने और गलत हलफनामा के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फिल्म अभि‍नेता राजपाल यादव को एक बार फिर कड़ी फटकार लगाई है. इसके साथ ही उन्हें सरेंडर करने को कहा गया है. अभि‍नेता को 6 दिन की बची हुई जेल की सजा काटने के आदेश दिए गए हैं.

बता दें कि गलत हलफनामा देने के लिए दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट नेराजपाल यादव को 10 दिन जेल की सजा सुनाई थी. इसमें से 4 दिन की सजा वह काट चुके हैं. कोर्ट में उन्होंने हलफनामा दिया था कि वो जल्द ही पैसे वापस कर देंगे. नाराज हाई कोर्ट ने उन्हें पहले की बची 6 दिन की सजा काटने का हुक्म दिया. हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के खि‍लाफ वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे थे.

आपको 6 दिन नहीं, 6 महीने जेल भेजना चाहिए
इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कर्ज लेने से जुड़े मामले में मंगलवार को भी राजपाल को जमकर फटकार लगाई. कोर्ट ने उनसे कहा कि वह शुक्रवार तक यह बताएं कि बकाया कर्ज कब तक चुकाएंगे. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने सख्त लहजे में कहा था कि आपको 6 दिन नहीं, बल्कि 6 महीने के लिए जेल भेज देना चाहिए. जस्टिस कुरियन जोसफ और रोहिंटन नरीमन की बेंच ने उन्हें आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा, 'आपने न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को मजाक समझ लिया है. हम आपको दिखाएंगे कि कोर्ट की ताकत क्या होती है.'

फिल्म बनाने के लिए कर्ज लिए थे 5 करोड़
दरअसल, राजपाल ने 'अता पता लापता' नाम की फिल्म बनाने के लिए मुरली प्रोजेक्ट्स नाम की कंपनी से 5 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज लिया था. अभि‍नेता द्वारा कर्ज के पैसे नहीं चुकाने पर कंपनी ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में मुकदमा दायर दिया. राजपाल हाई कोर्ट में बार-बार कर्ज की रकम चुकाने को लेकर टालमटोल करते रहे.

राजपाल में जेल में गुजारे चार दिन
अभि‍नेता ने हाई कोर्ट में नकली दस्तखत वाले झूठे दस्तावेज भी जमा करवाए थे, जिससे नाराज होकर हाई कोर्ट की सिंगल बेंच ने दिसंबर 2013 में उन्हें 10 दिन के लिए जेल भेजने का आदेश दिया था. राजपाल ने 4 दिन जेल में भी गुजारे. इसके बाद डबल बेंच ने उनकी सजा को स्थगित कर दिया.

A source close to Boman's family tells us that the scenario outside the court resembled today's media circus. He says, “Now, news goes viral on social media and then percolates to newspapers and television channels. Back in those days, we only had the print media and radio. Many people attended the hearings to get first-hand information.“

He further adds that  “Cdr Nanavati was an icon of that time.It was a landmark case as it was the last time a jury sat on trial. So, with Rustom coming up it has brought back memories of that incident.“

Louise Frogley of Iron Man fame designs Amy Jackson's look in Robot 2.0

Amy Jackson who features alongside megastar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar in Robot 2.o, in a never-seen-before avatar ,is excited to see how audiences react to her look in the film .

The actress' look in the film has been put together by international designer Louise Frogley who has worked on films like Iron Man and Men in Black.

Amy flew to Los Angeles earlier this year where she met Louise and the team and did her fittings. The team spent the entire day working on Amy's look to ensure that not only was it spectacular but also comfortable enough to shoot some action scenes.

Vivek Oberoi to play a bookie in Karan Anshuman’s web series ‘Khel’

Having played several memorable characters on screen, Vivek Oberoi is all set to surprise the audience and his fans once again as he will be seen portraying a bookie in his forthcoming web series, titled Khel.

Directed by critic-turned-filmmaker Karan Anshuman and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, Khel is set to go on floors in August this year. The series will be shot in Mumbai over a month-long schedule.

According to sources, Vivek’s character belongs to a poor family who gets into the betting racket that makes him rich and he goes on to become a team owner.

While cricket is the backdrop, the story deals with relationships and how they change with each game and power play.

Besides Vivek, the web series also stars Richa Chadha, Gulshan Devaiah and Angad Bedi.

बनवारी घूस गया दीवार कूदकर अमिताभ के घर

अभिनेता अमिताभ बच्चन के घर में दीवार कूदकर घुसने वाले शख्स को जुहू पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। यह शख्स रविवार दोपहर 1 बजे से 2 बजे के बीच अमिताभ बच्चन के घर में सुरक्षा गार्ड को चकमा देते हुए दीवार कूदकर अंदर घुसा था।

आरोपी का नाम बनवारी लाल यादव (25 साल)  है, जो बिहार का रहने वाला है। जिस वक्त वह घर में घुसा, अमिताभ घर में मौजूद थे। सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी  कि कोई अनजान शख्स घर में आया है। जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया।

Kajal Agarwal has been signed for Chiranjeevi’s 150th film

 After ample speculation surrounding the casting of the lead actress opposite megastar Chiranjeevi, in his 150^th film , the makers have finally announced Kajal Agarwal in the role.

Superstar Ram Charan recently turned producer with Chiranjeevi's yet-untitled upcoming Telugu film, directed by VV Vinayak, which will be a remake of Tamil hit, "Kaththi”.

With several names vying for the role in the ambitious film , Kajal Agarwal , who is a huge name down south has been roped in.

Kajal has earlier worked with Ram Charan in the high budget Telugu historical drama Magadheera, which was so commercially successful that it broke several records.In early 2013, Kajal also starred in director V. V. Vinayak's action film Naayak opposite Ram Charan Teja and Amala Paul,which also saw major commercial success.

Having worked with actor -producer Ram Charan and director VV Vinayak on two blockbusters, Kajal , who shares a great rapport with the team has been cast in the role that is tailor-made for the actress.

Says a source, “ The makers were looking for a versatile actress with certain qualities as the role isn’t a linear one . Producer Ram Charan and director VV Vinayak have worked with Kajal in the past and believed that she would fit the role to the T.

Superstar Ram Charan who recently turned producer for his father, Chiranjeevi , is going all out to ensure the megastar's 150th film is one to remember.

The film will be a remake of the Tamil superhit Kathi. The ambitious project will be produced under Ram Charan’s home banner, Konidela Productions with music by Tollywood’s DSP.
